Tevira.ai is a Universal Kindness Infrastructure platform that uses AI technology to match user "dreams" (requests for resources, mentorship, or support) with available resources from our network of contributors, organizations, and AI-powered recommendations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content & Dreams

When you submit a "dream" or any content to our platform:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to process, analyze, and store your content for service delivery
  • Your content may be analyzed by AI systems (Google Gemini 3 Flash)
  • We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models

5. AI-Powered Features

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations and analysis:

  • AI recommendations are suggestions only, not professional advice
  • All AI outputs are subject to human-in-the-loop verification
  • We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI recommendations
  • AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results

6. Pay It Forward Model

Users who receive help may be invited to contribute their wisdom to others. This is voluntary and not a condition of receiving assistance.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent dreams
  • Attempting to manipulate or abuse the matching system

Tevira.ai provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
